Nuestro equipo
Our team is made up of students from Lincoln International Academy, working to open new educational opportunities for girls in Nicaragua. Every week we host supportive sessions in Math, English, and Spanish at Barrio Naciones Unidas — a warm, welcoming space where girls build their skills and see what they are capable of. We focus on STEM learning, mentorship, and encouraging girls to challenge themselves academically and socially, so that every girl who comes feels appreciated, confident, and motivated to chase her dreams.
Nuestro equipo está formado por estudiantes de Lincoln International Academy que trabajan para abrir nuevas oportunidades educativas a las niñas de Nicaragua. Cada semana damos sesiones de apoyo en Matemáticas, Inglés y Español en el Barrio Naciones Unidas: un espacio cálido y acogedor donde las niñas fortalecen sus habilidades y descubren de lo que son capaces. Nos enfocamos en el aprendizaje STEM, la mentoría y en animarlas a desafiarse a sí mismas, académica y socialmente, para que cada niña se sienta valorada, segura y motivada a perseguir sus sueños.

Daniela teaches across several schools in Managua, giving students the subject support they need to keep moving forward.
Hugo Arana
Hugo keeps the club organized — clear communication, careful documentation, and the website — and tutors mathematics on Tuesdays.
Camillo Brockmann
Camillo makes sure every girl feels part of the community, reinforcing her skills and encouraging her to keep going.
Alejandra Molina
Alejandra tells the club's story — social media, outreach to Lincoln students, and the partnerships that keep the drives supplied.
Nemesio Porras
Nemesio manages the club's funds and keeps the fundraising accounts straight, from the bazaar to the supply drives.
Jeyhir López
Jeyhir plans the tutoring sessions and keeps lessons ready, so each girl gains confidence in what she can do.
Aissa Ayerdis
Aissa supports the board across the week's sessions and speaks for the volunteers in the club's decisions.
Cesar Molina
Cesar helps run the Tuesday stations and brings the volunteers' perspective to how the club plans its work.
Alexandra Matus
Alexandra works with the girls each week and helps the board keep the sessions running as the group grows.
